The brief
To create content to showcase how clients use Falcon’s platform, for use within inbound marketing campaigns and as resources for the Sales and Customer Success Teams. There was an urgent need for this content.
The content
I worked quickly to develop a case study programme for some of Falcon’s top customers, working with Sales and Customer Success Teams to identify potential stories, and then interviewing them and writing up my findings.
“As Baume et Mercier moves more towards e-commerce, especially in the US, we wonder how the advent of buy buttons on Pinterest and Instagram might expand Baume & Mercier’s social functions, perhaps to involve social commerce.”
The results
From having only a couple of case stories available, within a couple of months we had more than five. Case stories became a valuable source of content within inbound marketing programmes, and Sales reported back that the content was invaluable.

I carried out this work while employed as Head of Content and Distribution for Falcon.io. On this project, I was responsible for sourcing case study participants, carrying out all interviews and writing the words. All visual elements created by internal designers at Falcon.io.
