The brief
To create content to showcase how retailer Harvey Nichols used the Falcon platform, for use within inbound marketing campaigns and as resources for the Sales and Customer Success Teams.
The content
I interviewed a spokesperson from Harvey Nichols, and created a case study on their unique approach to social media and storytelling.

The results
This case study became a valuable source of content within inbound marketing programmes, and Sales reported back that the content was invaluable. I also pitched this particular story for a panel at ad:tech London, and presented the case there.
